The hotel offered a cozy atmosphere.
My experience was disheartening. The shower water was freezing cold, and I noticed a cockroach on the bed, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, the lack of communication regarding breakfast times left me waiting, and I had to eat elsewhere. As a solo traveler, the emptiness of the hotel added to my unease during my stay.

The Superior King Room was huge! Super clean and had everything I needed, even a desk area for writing. It felt a little like a motel since there were no windows to the outside, but honestly, it was way better than that. The bed was super comfy too. Just a heads up, the WiFi was a bit slow, and the area might feel sketchy to some, but I found it safe to walk around. Overall, great vibe and comfortable stay!

Had a great time with my friends! We visited Chapultepec Park and enjoyed the vibrant markets. The hotel was clean and cozy, with amazing staff who made our stay enjoyable. Don't miss out on trying the local street food!
My only hiccup was the cab driver couldn't find the hotel, which caused some stress at first. But once we arrived, everything was smooth sailing.

The room lacked any outside view, which really would have elevated the experience!!! Additionally, the shower poor sealing led to water leaks all over the floor. Simple fixes like these could greatly enhance comfort!!!
